PHP makes me vomit.
Can someone please write a php parser in ruby. I can’t stand compiling php anymore. I have to keep two versions of MySQL around just to get it to work. You know the, how php won’t compile against the new (kind-of) working mysql so you need to keep a copy of old busted mysql for compiling php, thing.
I have a handful of little projects that will never get rewritten in ruby / rails but continue to hang on for dear life. Or just handy little scripts that I am too lazy to rewrite. Wouldn’t it be great if I could just gem install ruby_php?
